Do you have a small office?  Have you considered daytime cleaning services?

Skyline’s Daytime cleaning services are a perfect fit for a small office space.  Our cleaning teams arrive onsite with all their equipment and supplies, and complete their designated cleaning tasks. 

What companies would this work well for?

Are you looking for once or twice a week cleaning services? In most cases, we would not be able to provide cleaning services in the evening for anything less than a three time per week cleaning frequency.  However, daytime services would be a perfection option for you.

Are you concerned with having contractor in your office after hours?  For various reasons, some companies don’t feel comfortable allowing cleaning companies in their office space after hours. 

What are some potential issues with daytime cleaning?

The primary issue we run into is causing a disruption to staff working in the daytime in the office.  This is mainly caused by vacuuming that needs to be completed.  In most cases, there are creative ways to avoid this problem, but it is something to consider.

One key benefit is that our teams arrive onsite with all their own supplies and equipment.  You do not need to provide anything that we need for our cleaning services.

HOW MUCH WILL HOUSE CLEANING COST?

Our first step is always to provide you with a custom quote for your home. Our quote is based primarily on the number of rooms your home has, plus a few factors in each room that increase or reduce the difficulty level of cleaning.

WILL I HAVE THE SAME TEAM EACH TIME MY HOUSE IS CLEANED?

One team will be assigned to your home. They’ll be your primary cleaning team. Because our staff has PTO, appointments with their children, dental appointments etc., there may be times when another team will be cleaning your home. 

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE TO CLEAN?

We provide all the cleaning product that we need to do our job. That means you do not need to provide anything for us to do the cleaning. The type of products we are all very mild and not harsh, yet effective.  

WHAT IF I'M NOT HAPPY WITH MY CLEANING?

We want you to be 100% satisfied with every house cleaning, and we will do whatever we can to ensure that happens. If there are issues that come up, the first step we ask you to take is to have a conversation with your account manager. Following that, we will decide on the next best action to take.

CAN I CANCEL MY HOUSE CLEANING?

You are always able to cancel your house cleaning, but we do have a cancelation policy that will result in an additional charge if changes are made to your cleaning less than 72 hours from the start time. There is a $50 charge for cancellations between 24 and 75 hours, a 50% charge for less than 24 hours, or a 100% charge for onsite cancellations. This policy was created to respect our cleaning team's time, since they rely on a consistent and full schedule.

 

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

When your cleaning agreement is signed, we collect payment information. This could be a credit card, debit card, or ACH transfer. Following your cleaning, your preferred payment method will be charged the agreed-upon amount. DO I NEED TO PROVIDE ANYTHING FOR THE CLEANING?

No, we bring all of our supplies and equipment that we need to do our job.

HOW WILL YOU ACCESS MY HOME?

Most of our customers give us access to their home by using a garage code. We can also maintain a key in our office.
